Criminal

All American Research performs the most accurate criminal record searches in the industry. Using a team of information retrievers nationwide, we can personally inspect records in every county, state and federal courthouse. These searches can include checks for felony and misdemeanor arrests and/or convictions of any applicant.

Federal Criminal, Federal Bankruptcy

County criminal searches are recommended to protect against workplace violence and employee theft. All American Research performs searches of current records directly at local county Superior and Municipal courts. Criminal searches are available nationwide. We recommend a search of all counties of residence and any AKAs that are identified in an applicant's Social Security Trace. Using our network of researchers, we access the most current information available and report felony and misdemeanor convictions based on applicable federal and state law.

The Bankruptcy report can determine if a potential customer has become insolvent and may be a severe risk when extending credit. Utilizing bankruptcy information is critical in determining whether you will be able to recover any outstanding liabilities from the business in question.

Motor Vehicle Registration

A driving history is a must for any position that requires an employee to drive a company vehicle, or a personal vehicle on the company's behalf. All American Research’s Motor Vehicle History reveals an applicant's insurability, current license status, driving history points and DUI offenses. If requested, All American Research will provide a list of your drivers that are due for renewal to provide compliance support for regulated industries.

State wide database

All American Research provides a Multi-State Criminal Search, which can contain a wealth of criminal information otherwise undisclosed by an applicant. The Multi-State Criminal Search contains record information from states representing over 90% of the population and has over 200 million records. The Multi-State Criminal Search is an effective “pre-screen” tool which, combined with a jurisdiction criminal history search, identifies criminal history records that otherwise would never be discovered.

Company Compliance

Previous employment verification can provide you with key information about an applicant's work history, productivity, and overall work ethic. Former employers are valuable sources when compiling a complete profile on your applicant. Previous Address

Previous address screening can help identify troublesome tenants before they move in. All American Research’s verifications provide great insight into the suitability of potential tenants. Information such as previous rental amounts, timeliness of payments, complaints and rental dates, are verified through the tenant screening process. Most of all, these screens expose the potential risk factors associated with those you invite into your living community.

SSN locators and licenses

All American Research will conduct an identity verification and fraud search matching the Social Security Number to the issued name. This search can reveal all names used by the applicant, the applicant's current address and multiple known addresses over a 7-year history. Additionally, addresses obtained can be used in expanding an applicant's criminal history search.

Personal Records (Birth, Marriage, Divorce, Death)

Vital records are often needed and requested to validate or confirm information about an individual or relative... for insurance purposes, medical claims, survivorship issues, entitlements, settlements, etc. All American Research provides the ability to obtain and supply original copies of these documents and/or to validate specific information that is listed on them. This will provide confirmation of an individuals history, status, relationship, etc. or provided simply to replace lost or stolen copies.

Tax Records and Filings (1040, W-2, 1099)

Financial institutions, employers, lawyers, courts, etc. may require income and/or tax records to approve loans, validate income, defend fraud claims, etc. Photo copies of such records received directly from the named individual are often unacceptable as the original copies themselves may have been revised/updated by employers, and/or forms filed with the IRS may have had adjustments that aren't reflected on the filers copy (e.g. math errors, disallowed claims, etc. that are corrected by the IRS). Furthermore, a photo copy is easily manipulated and therefore not valid as an accurate record. All American Research obtains latest copies and/or information direct from the government files which is validated as being the latest and most accurate record of income and filings.

Fingerprint and Photo Scanning and Processing

Collection of fingerprint scan, digital photograph and identification is collected and electronically submitted to the Department of Public Safety and FBI for storage in their database.

Drug Analysis

All American Research has many years of experience in DOT and corporate substance abuse administration. Our staff has successfully completed DATIA's Consortium/TPA (Third Party Administrator) Management course. We can provide our clients with everything from assistance in establishing a substance abuse policy, record keeping and reporting random selection services to full third party administrative duties.

Hair Follicle Testing

All American Research’s Hair Follicle Testing completes a 5 panel (drugs) test in the hair sample, including Ecstasy. Hair samples, which provide a drug history over a 90-day period, may be collected on-site or by various collection sites. The hair test cannot be evaded; drug residues remain permanently entrapped in the hair and cannot be washed or bleached out thus providing a non-intrusive and cost effective form of drug testing.

Alcohol Breath Analysis

All American Research provides full service breath alcohol testing. We only use instruments listed on the Department of Transportation Conforming Products List that are approved for screening and confirmation testing. We utilize the CMI Intoxilyzer 200 or the Intoximeter Alco-Sensor IV with the RBT IV for breath alcohol testing.

High School Extra Curricular Drug Testing

Random screenings for your students keep your programs drug-free. All American Research will write a policy on your behalf, customized to your needs and specifics of your school. Drug and/or Alcohol Counseling

All American Research provides Substance Abuse (Drug and/or Alcohol) Counseling as a service for employers with an "Employee Assistance Program", courts who order it as a condition to probation, case workers with Child Protective Services who determine it as a pre-requisite to return custody, and for the individual who is self-selecting to get help. Our counseling services assist substance abusers through a series of one-on-one sessions, group sessions or a combination of them. We offer degreed, certified and highly experienced clinicians who will work with, evaluate and provide progress reports

Training Services

All American Research is proud to offer various training services to clinics, collectors and our clients. We offer a two hour supervisor training program on signs and symptoms of drug and alcohol use which fulfills the DOT requirements for Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and Federal Aviation Administration supervisor training rules. We offer drug screen collector initial training, refresher training and error correction training that meets the new DOT guidelines. All American Research also provides initial, refresher and error correction training for Breath Alcohol Technicians that conforms to the DOT model course.
